Think glamorous. Tuxedos and gowns are warmly encouraged — a sharp suit or elegant dress is equally welcome. December in México City is mild, so dress for the evening ahead.
Our celebration is adults only, with the exception of immediate family. For those traveling with little ones, however, México City is a spectacular family destination — world-class museums, ancient ruins, and beautiful parks make it well worth extending your trip.
The venue sits in Centro Histórico, the ancient heart of the city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Most guests will want to base themselves nearby — our favourites:
Roma Norte — the city's creative pulse, lined with restaurants, cafés, and art nouveau architecture
Condesa — leafy, unhurried, beautiful art deco streets and parkside dining
Polanco — polished boutiques and excellent restaurants worthy of extending your trip to explore
México City has a range of options for hotels, boutique stays and Airbnbs for every taste and budget.
We have secured lowered rates at a boutique hotel, Casa de la Luz, in Centro Historico, an 11 minute walk from the wedding venue.

- Expendio de Maíz (Roma Norte) - arrive early to join the waitlist for communal dining built around Mexican street food
- Hanky Panky (Juárez) - our go-to speakeasy
- Metropolitan Cathedral and Templo Mayor Museo (Centro Histórico) - Latin America’s oldest & largest cathedral, and archaeological site, walkable from the wedding venue
- Catch an evening of Lucha Libre (or Mexican professional wrestling) at Arena México (Cuauhtémoc)
- Pyramids of Teotihuacán - located an hour's drive away, perfect if you could spare a half day
